Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in both Accounting & Finance and a Diploma of Financial Planning. Before joining Morgans in 2006 he was employed as an Accountant, working in a national accounting firm. Drawing on his experience, Matthew specialises in investment advice to retail clients on financial investments including Australian and International equities, fixed interest securities and derivatives.

Working within a team of advisers Matthew's role is to provide investment strategy and portfolio construction through fundamental and technical analysis as part of a detailed financial plan. Matthew's academic experience combined with a broad understanding of the financial markets provides a strong platform to serve the investment needs of clients of Morgans at its Canberra branch.
