Practice Manager
Bernd has been practising in the financial services industry since 2006; initially dealing in equities and foreign exchange for IG Markets in both South Africa and Germany, before moving to the Gold Coast with his family in 2018. Since then, he has worked in team management, quality assurance and customer remediation roles for a number of non-advisory firms.
As Practice Manager, Bernd is responsible for coordinating all Compliance, Human Resource, Client Remediation and Business Development functions within the business, while also providing support to the Branch Manager and Directors with respect to Strategic Planning.
Bernd has a passion for people and culture and is focused on enhancing the interaction between advisers and clients in order to achieve best practice outcomes.
