Wayne has been involved in the financial service industry since 1987, predominantly in institutional equities. He has had a variety of roles including in corporate transactions, general equity advice and management. Wayne's career includes 12 years at UBS, where he was Executive Director Head of Equities in Melbourne for 6 years. He also worked at JP Morgan for 4 years as an Institutional Adviser.

Wayne specialises in both long only strategies as well as long/short strategies. He has a strong analytical background and uses fundamental analysis to select appropriate investment opportunities. Wayne has had experience in large-cap companies as well as small-cap companies.
