LNK - LINK ADMIN HOLDINGS - up 60 cents, or 9.7 per cent, to $6.81
The fund administration company has reached a deal to acquire Pepper Group's European loan servicing, advisory and asset management business for around $266 million, plus up to $56 million if certain milestones are met.
RMD - RESMED - up 74 cents, or 3.0 per cent, to $25.05
The medical device maker says its revenue increased 13 per cent to $US736.2 million ($A1.09 billion) for the second quarter of fiscal 2019/20, compared to the same time last year.
PAN - PANORAMIC RESOURCES - up 5.5 cents, or 29.7 per cent, to 24 cents
In a quarterly update, the WA nickelminer said it remains in discussions about the potential for a takeover transaction to be put to Panoramic.
No third party proposal has yet been received, however.
PPT - PERPETUAL - up $1.32, or 3.2 per cent, to $42.70
The funds manager plans to buy US responsible investments firm Trillium Asset Management to take advantage of growing demand for sustainable investment.
Perpetual will buy all of Trillium for $US36 million ($A54 million) cash, plus an earnout, it says in a statement to shareholders on Friday.
BUBS - BUBS AUSTRALIA - down 12 cents, or 12.9 per cent, to 81 cents
The goat milk and infant formula company reported that revenue in the December quarter rose 21 per cent to $14.54 million, but traders were apparently hoping for more after Bubs stock more than doubled last year.
