AVH - AVITA MEDICAL - down 0.5 cents, or 0.8 per cent, to 64.5 cents

The Australian stock of the year, Avita began the year trading at 8 cents a share.

It announced on Monday the US Food and Drug Administration had approved a study evaluating its RECELL skin system to treat the skin disease vitiligo, which causes a loss of skin colour.

CGC - COSTA GROUP - down eight cents, or 3.1 per cent, to $2.47

No other ASX200 stock had as rough a time of it as Costa Group, whose shares lost 64 per cent of their value in 2019.

The country's largest horticultural company has been hit hard by the NSW drought, and announced earlier this month that with no end to the dry spell in sight, it would have to remove a significant part of its annual raspberry crop to save water.

GNC - GRAINCORP - down eight cents, or 1.0 per cent, to $7.58

The grain company has completed its $332 million sale of its bulk liquid terminals to ANZ Terminals, which is rebranding to a company called Quantem.
