BUB - BUBS - unchanged at $6.70

The founder of Bubs Australia is returning as chief executive after the baby food maker's current head announced he will step down in October.

KGN - KOGAN - down 63 cents, or 8.96 per cent, at $6.40

Kogan co-founders Ruslan Kogan and David Shafer have sold 6.25 million shares - about 6.7 per cent of those on issue - for $40 million. They say they have no intention to sell any securities prior to the release of the retailer's first-half results and remain committed to the company.

SUN - SUNCORP - down 11 cents, or 0.71 per cent, at $15.33

Suncorp shareholders are set for a windfall once the company completes the sale of its Australian life insurance business for about $725 million.

WBC - WESTPAC - down 23 cents, or 0.81 per cent, at $23.81

Westpac has agreed to pay a $35 million fine after admitting to wrongly assessing customer's ability to repay mortgages.
