Upgrading your account to the new Morgans website

  • You will be required to update your account the first time you login to the new website. The upgrade will enable you to login using an email address and password, instead of account number and password.
  • For additional security, you will be asked to set up three secret questions and answers for the new website.
  • The upgrade process will allow you to link all your account(s) under one web account.
  • The upgrade process will automatically merge your existing research subscriptions and watchlists into the new web login.

1. Enter the Morgans website address (https://www.morgans.com.au) in your browser and click on 'Login'. Enter your account number and password.

2. The Upgrade Account page may be pre-populated if Morgans has your details on file for this account. You can edit or enter details on this form then click 'APPLY NOW'.

3. A confirmation email with the subject line 'Morgans Upgrade Confirmation' will be sent to your nominated email address.

4. Click on 'Upgrade your account'. A new browser window opens displays as shown. Note that your password must have 8 or more characters, with a combination of upper and lower case letters and at least 1 number. Special characters can also be used. Complete mandatory fields as required and click 'SAVE'.

5. A confirmation message will display when the account has been upgraded. Click on 'here' to take you to the login page.

6. Enter your email address and password then click 'LOGIN'. Once logged in you can access your portfolio, market information, research and blogs, watchlists, adviser information and more.
