Resetting forgotten password

  • Your password can be reset through the 'Forgot Password?' link.
  • For an upgraded account, you must answer the secret questions correctly before you can reset your password.
  • If you have forgotten your answers to the secret questions please contact your adviser.

1. Click on 'Forgot Password?' on the home page as shown.

2. Enter the account number in the User ID/Email field and click 'SUBMIT'.

3. A confirmation is displayed on screen. Instructions will be sent to your email address. Check your email inbox and find the email with the subject line 'Morgans Reset Password Confirmation'. Click on 'Reset Password' and a new browser window opens with the form.

4. Upgraded accounts will display a 'Confirm Your Identity' screen as shown. You must answer the two secret questions you had set up at the time of upgrading the account. Enter your new password and confirm. Click 'Submit'. If you have forgotten the answers to your secret questions, please contact your adviser and request to reset your account. Resetting your account will enable you to set new secret questions (and answers) for your account.

5. A confirmation is displayed on screen that the password has been reset. Click 'here' to go to the login page.
