Sam Warriner

Industry Experience

Sam commenced with Morgans in 2016 after spending three years in the investment banking team of Echelon Wealth Partners based in Toronto, Canada. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2011. Prior to his time in North America, Sam was a Corporate Lawyer with Cooper Grace Ward Lawyers in Brisbane, where he practised predominantly securities and M&A law.

Sam has worked on a wide range of corporate, transactional and legal mandates for public and private clients in numerous global regions across careers in finance and law, and has a particular experience and interest in equity and debt capital markets. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2014, and is a current candidate for Level II of the CFA Program.
