Kym joined the team at Morgans as Paraplanner at the beginning of 2020. Kym brings with her an extensive background and knowledge in Self-Managed Superannuation where she has specialized for over 20 years. Kym holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and remains up to date with all the changes in the finance industry through her involvement in the SMSF Association. Kym’s role at Morgans is to provide the necessary technical support to the advisers, allowing them the ability to work more closely with the clients

Rachael joined the team at Morgans as a Paraplanner at the beginning of 2021. Rachael’s role at Morgans is to provide the necessary technical support to the advisers, allowing them the ability to work more closely with the clients. Rachael holds a double degree in Commerce and Business Management and is soon to complete a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. She will then undertake her professional year to become a financial adviser.

Janene joined our team in November 2014 as Client Service Manager. Prior to joining Morgans Janene and her Husband ran a family owned Car Dealership business in Jandowae and also has a background in banking and finance. Janene brings with her extensive administration and client management skills. Janene will provide support in all facets of administration and insurance for the advisers within the Toowoomba office. Janene loves the day to day contact with clients through her role at Morgans.

Connor Ewing

Connor joined the team at Morgans as a Paraplanner at the beginning of 2022. Connor’s role at Morgans is to provide the necessary technical support to the advisers, allowing them the ability to work more closely with the clients. Connor is soon to complete a Bachelor of Accounting with majors in Professional Accounting and Finance. He then plans to commence a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.

Hayley Czerwinski

Hayley joined the Morgans team as a receptionist in late 2023, following her graduation from high school with a certificate III in Business. Eager to cultivate her knowledge and skills in this role, she aspires to use this experience as a stepping stone for her future career pursuits.
