Community support
Reaching Out Foundation
Morgans Merimbula participated in a fundraising event for the Reaching Out Foundation on the 26th of August, 2016 with a donation of $1500. The aim of the Reaching Out Foundation is to identify and address community needs through co-operative community based initiatives. Their flagship project is the development of social cafes where socially isolated and disadvantaged members of the community can come for a free healthy meal in a friendly and welcoming environment. With the cafe concept established in Pambula, the Board of the Reaching Out Foundation is looking to expand this idea to Cooma, Bombula, Eden and Narooma.
Morgans Merimbula is looking forward to developing this relationship over the long term.
