We look at how the events that lead to the Financial Crisis began with "The National Homeownership Strategy: Partners in the American Dream". Launched by Bill Clinton in May 1995, both Democrats and Republicans came to support this strategy.

Why did the people who caused the Financial Crisis never go to jail? Because the policies that led to the Financial Crisis was supported by both sides of the US Congress.
