In this podcast I sat down with Omer Molad, CEO and Co-Founder of Vervoe. Vervoe offers a platform that enables employers to perform automated interviews, assessments and online simulations based on interview scripts written by experts in order to increase the speed and efficiency of hiring. Omer chats about the origins of the company and the importance of maintaining a human experience in the hiring process that is able to be streamlined with technology:
"What we do is give companies a way of interviewing everyone automatically and at scale... We turn that red light to green and essentially let every applicant have a chance to do a task as soon as they apply... We're not just bringing a process or a technological improvement. It's a total new way of thinking about how to hire people."
